Prices and payment conditions

• July and August: €775.00 /day
• June and September: €650.00 /day
• Rest of the year: €495.00 /day

Method of payment: Cash, bank transfer or via PayPal/Stripe. 25% when booking and 75% 60 days before the rental begins (if the booking is made less than 60 days before the rental begins, 100% shall be paid at once).

he shortest stay possible is 7 days. Check-in/Check-out hours:

• Check-in: between 16.00 and 20.00 h.
• Check-out: between 9.00 and 10.00 h.

Included services and extras

The house will be handed in good functioning and cleaning conditions. Water, gas and electricity supply are included.

The prices in this website refers to 10 people, children included. Should the number of occupants exceed the max. capacity, previous specific permission by the owner is required.

Other included services:

• Blankets, napkins, tablecloth and towel included with weekly replacements.
• Domestic animals require owner’s explicit consent.
• Cradle and high chair renting included if notified in advance.
• Extra services: For anything else, please contact the owner.
